Returns
If you wish to make a return, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. Items purchased from our clearance section are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
*For purchases made after November 19, we extend our returns period until January 10, 2024.
*Items must be returned in their original packaging with the items in original, unworn, unaltered condition. It has to include Diamond Certificates, Care Plans, Guarantees, and any gift with purchase items if applicable.
